Die Weippert Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG specializes in the manufacturing of injection molded parts from thermoplastics.
We produce plastic parts on seven machines using fully automatic or semi-automatic processes, optionally incorporating metal inserts.
Our machines from Arburg and Krauss Maffei, each equipped with 2 core pulls, can manufacture parts ranging from 0.1 grams to 1 kilogram at clamping forces ranging from 600 to 3000 kN.
Raw materials
We process RoHS-compliant thermoplastics and can color them according to your specifications.

As a manufacturer of technical plastic parts, we are a supplier to the electrical engineering industry and mechanical engineering sector.
Naturally, we also offer our customers the post-processing of injection molded parts, such as:

Mass production of technical molded parts
We also offer the manufacturing of technical molded parts, fully or semi-automated mass production including small batch production on modern injection molding machines according to the guidelines of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
Metal-plastic composites
We also produce technical molded parts with overmolded metal inserts such as bushings and threaded inserts. Additionally, our capabilities include post-assembly by pressing in metal and other accessories, as well as inserting self-tapping elements.
